Required Documents
Under Act No. 111/1983
The emigration applicant shall hand the application at the PENA service or any consulate abroad. The application shall include the following documents:
(1) A valid Egyptian passport.
(2) Emigration document, stated in Act No. 111/1983, which is one of the following documents :-
• Proof of citizenship of the destination country.
• Proof of permanent residence at the destination country.
• Proof of at least 10-year residence at the destination country.
• Consent of the destination country of migration or entry visa with the immigration purpose.
(3) Documents proving the end of service for government and business sector employees.
(4) Proof of military service status: only the passport is sufficient if it shows that he is not enlisted for military service. However, if the applicant is in the age of military service, he shall provide the approval of the Armed Forces Organization and Administration Authority on his emigration.
