Required Fees:

This residence permit is granted for a fee of 2653.10 EGP.

This residence of five-years renewable for foreign nationals of the following categories:

(1) Foreign investors and their wives and children.
(2) Egyptians who lost their Egyptian nationality as a result of being permitted to acquire another nationality, as well as their minor children who are included in the permission.
(3) Children of the following categories:

A. Children born to an Egyptian mother.
B. Children of fathers who are granted the Egyptian nationality.
C. Children who have reached the age of majority, and whom are under the custody of their mothers who are authorized for the special, the Ordinary and the five-year residence permits, in the case of the father’s death.

(4) Applicants above 60 years old who resided in Egypt for 10 years, and have means of living in the country.
(5) Foreigners who are authorized for five-year residence according to international agreements.
(6) Wives and widows to Egyptian nationals.
(7) Wives of foreigners who are authorized for ordinary residence.
(8) Wives and children of foreign nationals who are authorized for the five-year residence according to the previously mentioned cases.
(9) Owners of properties worth of (400.000 USD).
